This training calendar is designed to be a statewide resource about the latest training opportunities in mental health and substance abuse recovery across Washington State. Most of these trainings are organized by outside organizations, so make sure to scroll down on the page of the training you’re interested in if you have questions or need to contact someone about the training. We invite you to learn about upcoming events and/or request that your training event be added to the calendar!

Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a public education program which introduces participants to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents, builds understanding of the importance of early intervention, and most importantly - teaches individuals how to help a youth in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge. Identifying, Assessing, & Responding to Suicide Risk

Behavioral Health Recovery & Resiliency Training

Are you interested in learning more about personal recovery? People with mental illness and substance use disorders can and do recover. This workshop covers recovery as defined by the SAMHSA consensus statement and shows you how improve your recovery and wellness.
