About Our Members

Member agencies of the Washington Council for Behavioral Health provide a full range of community outpatient services all across Washington State, from Vancouver to Colville. Our members serve over 100,000 very low-income individuals each year, primarily adults with serious mental illness and children or youth with severe emotional disturbances. All members are licensed by the state to provide community mental health services; most are also dually licensed to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment.

Washington Council member agencies are primarily non-profit community-based organizations or county-based service entities.
