NAMI Family Support Groups are local meetings of caregivers of individuals with a mental illness where family members can talk frankly about their challenges and help one another through their learned wisdom. NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults. Groups are led by NAMI-trained Peer Facilitators. are peer-based mutual support groups that meet weekly for 90 minutes of safe, confidential personal sharing in a flexible group setting. Groups are open to any adult living with a mental illness or a psychiatric condition and willing in share with others confidentially in an atmosphere of respect, encouragement, and hope.
