NAMI Family-to-Family is a 12 week education program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidence-based program. NAMI Ending the Silence is a free, 50 minute presentation designed to give students an opportunity to learn about mental illness through an informative Power Point and short videos. Through the presentation, students learn symptoms and indicators of mental illness, and are given ideas about how to help themselves, friends, or family members who may be in need of support. NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a 10-session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.
