Basics Class Teachers
NAMI Washington - Kirkland Kirkland, WANAMI Basics is a class for parents and other caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illnesses. It focuses on the fundamentals of caring for the parent or caregiver, others in the family, and the child living with mental illness. Prospective teachers must have the experience of being a parent/caregiver for a child or adolescent living with mental illness, be 18 years of age, and be(come) a NAMI member.
