Supportive Housing supervisor learning community call: Doing effective performance appraisals

Performance appraisal is an important component of an effective supervision process. It is a critical support tool, ensuring effective communication as regards a supervisee’s performance.
This webinar will discuss the components of an effective performance appraisal meeting, share some practical tips for doing an effective performance appraisal and discuss how to provide a productive and meaningful supervisory experience for both supervisor and supervisee.
