Job developers community of practice call: Using mental rehearsal to increase confidence around employment

November 12, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Mental rehearsal is used in a variety of environments that require confidence and a belief in one’s ability to succeed. It’s used in sports, business, and other high pressure situations. Mental rehearsal helps individuals to imagine success and a positive outcome as well as reduce the stress felt in certain situations.

This interactive webinar applies the concepts of mental rehearsal to career development. Trainees will learn how to apply the steps of mental rehearsal when working with job seekers during the job search, including the application and interviewing stages.
