Most of these trainings are organized by outside organizations, so make sure to scroll down on the page of the training you’re interested in if you have questions or need to contact someone about the training. Supportive housing supervisor learning community call: Using the normative function of supervision effectively
July 14, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
In this month’s learning community session we will talk about the normative or evaluative function of supervision. The presenters will discuss how to develop a cooperative alliance, clarify staff roles and tasks, ensure that work is performed in a manner consistent with agency policy and professional norms and ethics. In addition, we will answer questions and share pertinent experiences and resources.
