This training calendar is designed to be a statewide resource about the latest training opportunities in mental health and substance abuse recovery across Washington State. Most of these trainings are organized by outside organizations, so make sure to scroll down on the page of the training you’re interested in if you have questions or need to contact someone about the training. Youth and Families involved in multiple systems want to hear your personal story of hope! If you and or your family have been on a journey of recovery for a year or more this training may be for you!
In order to attend a Youth and Family training to become a Certified Peer Counselor you must apply with the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery and complete the required online training. Certificate of completion of the online training must be sent in with the application.
