After pounding the pavement for months, you finally found a landlord that wants to work with you! Your client loves the apartment and moves in. You break into your happy dance. Six months later, the client moves out and there is extensive damage to the apartment. You can’t figure out what went wrong.
This webinar will help you figure out what went wrong, and give you some ways to improve your housing retention services, helping you keep your clients housed and your landlords on your team.

• Provide some real, tried and true tools to improve client housing retention
• Help staff to think proactively and not reactively when dealing with retention problems
• Give you ways to keep both of your customers (Client and Landlord) pleased with your services
