A deeper dive into fidelity principles: How to achieve high Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment fidelity

Providing services following Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment fidelity is rewarding and positive, and helps us to provide a service that is of the highest quality to the people we serve. It also has lots of moving parts!
The health Care Authority (HCA) is providing a series of trainings taking a deeper dive in explaining some of the more complex fidelity scale items and how to achieve high fidelity.
Part 1:
Participants will learn best practices associated with elevating IPS in an organization.
Topics will include:
- Utilizing the QA process to hardwire IPS
- Leveraging the IPS Steering Committee
- Creating buy in from the executive team
