Most of these trainings are organized by outside organizations, so make sure to scroll down on the page of the training you’re interested in if you have questions or need to contact someone about the training. A deeper dive into fidelity principles: How to achieve high Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment fidelity

Providing services following Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment fidelity is rewarding and positive, and helps us to provide a service that is of the highest quality to the people we serve. It also has lots of moving parts!
The health Care Authority (HCA) is providing a series of trainings taking a deeper dive in explaining some of the more complex fidelity scale items and how to achieve high fidelity.
Part 3:
Participants will learn about fidelity items associated with IPS supervision.
Topics will include:
- IPS supervisor documentation
- Job development documentation
- Tracking of data for fidelity
