SUMMARY:CONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOP FOR PEER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS
DESCRIPTION:Ethics and Boundaries for Peer Specialists is a dynamic\, interactive workshop designed for Peer Counselors in any role. The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document\, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics\, guidelines\, and boundaries that are essential to their profession. \nBeth Gould\, is a Life Coach\, Professional Trainer\, and Public Speaker as well as owner of Greater Vision Life Coaching and serving on the board of directors for Consumer Voices are Born (CVAB) and for the Skagit County PACT Team. With 20+ years in corporate supervisory and management experience\, her personal growth workshop and individual coaching sessions are known for life-changing results. \nBeth is grateful that her own battle with mental illness had such a profound effect on her life and has dedicated herself to helping people find the greatest vision for their lives. \n*Snacks and coffee provided. Lunch is not included. Lunch break from 12pm-1pm.
