Cultivating Community Solutions

We invite you to join us at the 30th annual Washington Behavioral Healthcare Conference!

We’re working hard to bring you an exciting and diverse lineup of inspiring speakers to share information about therapeutic interventions, recovery supports, promising programs, and policies that advance best practices. Registration, session and hotel information will be available here when registration opens on April 1!

We’re excited to announce our 2019 WBHC keynote speakers:

  • Merrill Rotter, MD, an expert on helping providers work with previously incarcerated people with mental illness
  • Jason DeShaw, a national award-winning speaker and singer/songwriter whose struggles with mental illness and addiction are living proof that hope is worth believing in
  • Sam Quinones, author of the best-selling Dreamland: The True Tale of America’s Opiate Epidemic, who will provide valuable insight into how the opioid epidemic has gotten to this point, and ways that communities around the country are working to combat this devastating problem.
